As part of the event, we have a poster session where researchers will have a chance to display and discuss their work with their colleagues. I am writing to inform you about this call for posters. If you have some work that you would like to present in form of a poster, let me know.

Attached is a template to guide you in preparing your poster. The deadline to submit your poster is Friday, September 6, 2019. This will allow us to review the poster, give you feedback, and then be able to print the posters in time for the conference. Since the number of slots is limited, priority will be given to those who will present posters.
