Timbitwire Musa serves as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), Makerere University. In this role, he supports the department’s mission of training professionals in urban and regional planning, contributing to both teaching and student mentorship.
His academic interests are aligned with the department’s focus on sustainable urban development, infrastructure planning, and regional integration, reflecting Uganda’s pressing need for innovative solutions to urbanization challenges. Through his teaching and research support, Musa plays a vital role in strengthening Makerere University’s capacity to produce graduates equipped to address the complexities of urban growth and planning in Africa.
