Existing Research Infrastructure

The Makerere University Innovations Hub, the Makerere Institute of Heritage Conservation and Restoration (MIHCR), and spaces for arts-based research are some of the existing resources for the research community to conduct research and foster innovation for the Department of Fine Art. The Innovations Hub has major equipment or sets of instruments, the MIHCR has knowledge-related facilities such as collections, or archival sources as scientific data infrastructures.
