Halliburton to recruit more CEDAT Students

The College of Engineering Design, Art and Technology will on Monday 16, April, 2012 to Wednesday 18, April 2012 host a team from HALLIBURTON. The team is interested in meeting engineering students, who have interest in the oil industry. They will conduct interviews for students that wish to join the company for internship and permanent employment.

With nearly 70,000 employees in approximately 80 countries, the company serves the upstream oil and gas industry throughout the lifecycle of the reservoir – from locating hydrocarbons and managing geological data, to drilling and formation evaluation, well construction and completion, and optimizing production through the life of the field.

16th April: Introduce Halliburton

14:00pm: Meet with Principal of the college

14:30pm: Meet with Academic Staff

15:00pm: Meet with 2nd, 3rd/4th Year Engineering students (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronic and Civil)

Recruiting – 2 day Event

Day 1- 17th April: Test and Select students

Day 2 – 18th April: Interview successful candidates
