Mr. Alex Isemaghendera is an experienced IT professional serving as an IT Officer at the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), Makerere University. He has extensive expertise in web administration, technical support, and digital strategy implementation.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Amity University, India, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Uganda Christian University. His professional skills span programming, database management, system administration, and web development, making him a versatile leader in technology driven solutions.

In addition to his role at CEDAT, Alex has also worked as a Web Administrator for the College of Education and External Studies and School of Law at Makerere University, where he managed the college’s online presence and contributed significantly to improving Makerere’s visibility in global web rankings. He has also served as Acting Communication Officer College of Education and External Studies at Makerere University.

His professional interests include advancing institutional digital infrastructure, enhancing online visibility, and leveraging technology for education and development.
