Lubwama Ibrahim is an academic at Makerere University’s College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), where he contributes to teaching, research, and institutional development. His work focuses on advancing construction economics, project management, and sustainable engineering practices that respond to Uganda’s growing infrastructure needs. Through his teaching, he equips students with analytical and managerial skills essential for effective participation in the construction industry.
