Eng. Mujonjo Geofrey is a Ugandan engineer and academic specializing in electrical engineering, renewable energy systems, and applied power technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University and has pursued advanced training in renewable energy integration and power systems design. He serves as Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), Makerere University, where he teaches and supervises research in power systems, energy efficiency, and sustainable electricity solutions.
Beyond academia, Eng. Mujonjo is actively engaged in research and consultancy projects addressing Uganda’s energy challenges, including rural electrification, renewable energy adoption, and ICT applications in engineering. His professional interests reflect a strong commitment to advancing sustainable energy technologies, infrastructure resilience, and capacity building for future engineers. Through his work, he contributes to bridging the gap between academic research and practical solutions for Uganda’s energy sector.
