Paul Ssejjuuko is a Ugandan engineer and academic specializing in telecommunications engineering, ICT infrastructure, and digital systems optimization. He is affiliated with the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), Makerere University, where he contributes to teaching and research in network systems, mobile communications, and ICT for development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University and has pursued advanced training in information and communication technologies. His professional experience includes roles in network planning, optimization, and project management, bridging academic research with applied engineering practice.
His research interests include telecommunications network optimization, ICT for development, digital infrastructure resilience, and sustainable mobile communication systems, reflecting his commitment to advancing Uganda’s digital transformation.
