Tino Ocit is an architect and academic serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Architecture at the College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT), Makerere University. His teaching and research emphasize the integration of sustainable design, housing, and participatory planning into architectural education, equipping students with the skills to address the challenges of rapid urbanization and climate change in Uganda and beyond.
