Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Makerere University. He holds a masters degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Technological University Dublin, Ireland, a bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University, and a diploma in Telecommunication Engineering plus a certificate in Information Technology from the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology Nakawa. He also received a certificate in Cisco Enterprise Networking from UTL Technologies Ltd in Bengaluru, India. Frank has additional certifications in MikroTik networking, including MTCNA and MTCWE. He is currently serving as a member of the school management committee for St. Kizito Mugigi Kyamuliibwa Primary School in Kalungu District, and St. Anthony Kayunga Senior Secondary School in Masaka District.
He is an energetic, responsible, and reliable engineer and educator. He enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supporting engineering students, as well as conducting research independently. He has demonstrated strong leadership skills in both professional and academic settings. Frank works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
He is a highly skilled telecommunications and ICT professional with strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills.
