wamaniMr. Wamani Brayan is a Land Economist by profession and a Registered Valuation Surveyor, & a Land Specialist with over seven years of professional practice in the field of Land Management and Administration including Land Use Planning, Land & Property Valuation, Facilities and Property Management, Property Investment Advisory, Land & Natural Resources Tenure Systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economics (Honors First Class) from the prestigious Makerere University.

He is Professional Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Uganda (MISU) and a Registered Surveyor of Uganda (RSU) with the Surveyors Registration Board (SRB) established by the Surveyors Registration Act Cap 275.

Currently, Mr. Wamani Brayan is a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Construction Economics and Management, School of the Built Environment, College of Engineering Design Art and Technology, Makerere University. He lectures Land Economics, Basic Law & Governance Structures, Real Estate Valuations, Investment Appraisals, Facilities & Property Management, Elements of Planning Law, Property Investment Analysis, and Land Policy Studies course units of the Bachelor of Science in Land Economics and Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying programmes.

Brayan is the Director, Valuation & Research Departments, at GMT Consults LTD, www.gmtconsults.com, a multi-consultancy Private Limited Liability Company which offers consultancies in the sectors of Valuation, Surveying, Property, Construction and Research in the Built Environment.
