Brian is presently a consultant QS who demonstrates integrity, innovativeness and professionalism. He has served as a consultant cost advisor on both public and private works; new and existing projects; demolitions, extensions and alteration works; churches, schools and university projects, commercials, and recreational.

On the other hand, Brian is an assistant Lecturer at Makerere University and has experience in Project management, Health policies and construction, Land policies and the Environment, Measurements (Building, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical), Pre and Post Contract Administration  (Tender documentation, evaluation, Valuations and certificates, Final accounts, Design appraisal, Schedule of materials and Material orders, Budgeting and Program of works, Construction productivity and motivation, Quality control, Project monitoring and Evaluation, Auto and ArchCAD drawing, MS applications among others.

In 2009, I established myself as an independent consultant Quantity surveyor in Banking, Insurance, construction cost & Project management and on engineering and construction projects; advising owners, contractors, Architects, governmental bodies, insurers and other professionals.
