About the Centre
The University GIS Centre is a university-wide centre founded in 2001 under the Directorate of Research and Graduate Training to provide Interdisciplinary Geospatial and earth observation competencies to University Units . It is housed under the College of Engineering, Design, Art, and Technology at Makerere University.
