CEDAT sends off the Principal Human Resource Officer

Ms. Josephine Apolot Opolot on Tuesday 18th June 2024 handed over the office of the Principal Human Resource Officer to Mr. Lebo Julius after a three-year tour of duty at the college. The hand over event was held in the College Boardroom and was witnessed by the Principal, Assoc. Prof. Moses Musinguzi, Deputy Principal, Assoc. Prof. Kizito Maria Kasule, Mr. Aggrey Luwuliza from the Audit Office and other college staff.

‘We thank you for the dedicated service and guidance that enabled the college settle Human Resource related issues timely.  We welcome Mr. Lebo to CEDAT and we shall rely on your expertise and experience to further improve the human resource function’, said the Principal while sending off the outgoing and welcoming the incoming Principal Human Resource Officer.

In her remarks, Ms. Josephine Apolot said she was leaving because of mandatory retirement. She extended her appreciation to the college management for the support rendered to her in running Human Resource related matters and the entire college staff that she interfaced with given that Human resource matters are a concern for all and therefore a key function in the college.

Mr. Julius Lebo the incoming staff said he was in the college to fill the gap left by the outgoing staff despite a heavy workload spread out on five colleges because the Human Resource office was thin on the ground, despite the numerous challenges that need to be addressed.
